摘要
乳腺癌是危害女性健康的最常见的恶性肿瘤,其每年发病率及死亡率不断升高,其中乳腺癌转移是乳腺癌患者致死的主要原因。新型DNA电化学生物传感器,具有灵敏度高、重现性好、易于操作、准确性好等诸多优点,能够较好地应用于临床上常规检查难以发现的乳腺癌早期转移标志基因及序列的检测,为下一步乳腺癌病人实际样品的检测奠定坚实的实验基础,从而有效降低了乳腺癌死亡率,并且改善乳腺癌患者生存。因此研究一种新型的DNA电化学生物传感器能够快速、灵敏并准确的检测出乳腺癌转移标志基因对于乳腺癌的早期诊断和治疗具有重要的意义。
Breast cancer is the most common malignant tumor that affects women's health, the annual incidence and mortality are increasing, and breast cancer metastasis is the leading cause of death.
