智慧医疗系统使用对患者就医满意度的影响机制研究——基于技术接受模型的视角

Study on the Influence Mechanism of the Use of Hospital Intelligent Medical System on Patients’ Satisfaction:Based on the Perspective of Technology Acceptance Model

目的基于技术接受模型,利用结构方程模型研究医院智慧医疗系统的使用对患者就医满意度的影响机制。方法选取江苏省、广东省550位患者进行智慧医疗系统使用对患者就医满意度影响的问卷调查。结果在医院智慧医疗系统使用中,感知系统易用性对感知系统有用性具有显著正向影响,感知系统易用性、有用性对患者自我效能感具有显著正向影响,感知系统易用性、有用性和患者自我效能感均对患者就医满意度具有显著正向影响。结论政府应加大资金投入,给予医院智慧医疗发展资金支持;完善相关法律法规,注重保护患者隐私;做好顶层设计,将医院、银行和医保有效融合。医院应制定整体规划,协调医院各级部门;重视医疗信息科,引进医疗信息化人才。系统开发者应调查用户使用习惯,开发易用、有用的智慧医疗系统;促进区域信息资源互联互通,保障数据信息安全。

Objective Based on technology acceptance model,structural equation model (SEM) was used to study the influence mechanism of the use of hospital intelligent medical system on patients’satisfaction with medical treat ment. Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted among 550 patients in Jiangsu and Guangdong Provinces on the im pact of the use of intelligent medical system on patients’satisfaction with medical treatment. Results In the use of hospi tal intelligent medical system,the ease of use of perception system had a significant positive impact on the usefulness of perception system;the ease of use and usefulness of perception system had a significant positive impact on patients’ self-efficacy;the ease of use,usefulness and self-efficacy of perception system had a significant positive impact on patients’satisfaction with medical treatment. Conclusion The government should increase the investment of funds to support the development of hospital’s smart medical care;improve relevant laws and regulations,pay attention to protecting patients’privacy;do a good job of top-level design,and effectively integrate hospitals,banks and medical insurance. Hospitals should formulate overall planning,coordinate hospital departments of all levels,attach importance to medical information department,and introduce medical information talents. System developers should investigate us ers’usage habits,develop useful and easy-to-use intelligent medical systems,promote regional information resources interconnection,and ensure data information security.
