摘要
大功率硅整流装置广泛应用于铝电解行业,是电解铝生产过程中的核心设备之一,其可靠性直接影响铝电解生产的稳定。论文介绍了大功率硅整流系统的组成和稳流控制系统的工作原理,分析了稳流控制系统的故障类型,提出了故障分析方法和应对措施。
High-power silicon rectifier is widely used in aluminum electrolysis industry, which is one of the core equipment in aluminum electrolysis production process, and its reliability directly affects the stability of aluminum electrolysis production. The paper introduces the composition of high-power silicon rectifier system and the working principle of stability current control system, analyzes the fault types of stability current control system, and proposes the fault analysis methods and countermeasures.
