摘要
锌层重量的控制是连续热镀锌机组最重要的工艺环节,利用窄缝气刀将气流变为压缩空气来控制带钢表面的锌层重量。酒钢镀锌机组的气刀采用前、后双喷嘴结构,刀唇与带钢间的距离大小对锌层重量有重要影响。所以间隙的控制精度至关重要且直接影响产品的质量,本文重点介绍了气刀的自动位置控制(APC)的实现方法。
The zinc coating weight control is important to Continuous Galvanizing Line(CGL). The narrow nozzle is used to change the airflow into compressed air to control the weight of the zinc layer on the strip surface. The nozzle contains front and rear double structure in CGL of JISCO. The gap between nozzle and strip has great influence on coating weight. The accuracy of gap control is very important and has direct influences on quality. This paper introduces the application of automotia positiaon control(APC).
