Application and Development of Intelligent Automatic Sampling System for Iron Ore and Coking Coal

近些年,国内陆续研发出一些较易实现的动力煤、铁精矿智能化全自动制样系统,但技术成熟的铁矿石、炼焦煤智能化全自动制样系统还是空白,国内冶金行业迫切需要符合国家制样标准的铁矿石、炼焦煤智能全自动制样系统。2018~2019年期间,酒钢集团宏兴股份公司储运部经过探索研究与大量实验论证,对铁块矿、炼焦煤智能全自动制样系统进行了可行性探索研究和实验,取得了预期成果。

In recent years, some intelligent automatic sampling preparation systems for power coal and iron concentrate have been developed in China, but the intelligent automatic sampling preparation system for iron ore and coking coal with mature technology is still blank.It is urgently needed by the domestic metallurgical industry which meets the national standards for sample preparation. From 2018 to 2019, after the research and a large number of experimental demonstrations, the feasibility study and experiment on the intelligent automatic sample preparation system of iron ore and coking coal were carried out by Storage and Transportation Department of JISCO, and the expected results were obtained.
