回收耐火材料通过分类拣选,清理杂质、烧结层和粘渣,人工剔除灰分及杂质,并选择合理的除铁位置和设备去除铁,采用破粉碎、筛分成所需求的粒级,在确保回收耐火材料质量的同时,提高回收耐火材料的循环利用率。
The recycled refractories are sorted. The impurities, sintering layer and sticky slag are cleaned up. The ash and impurities are removed manually. The reasonable iron removal position and equipment are selected to remove iron. The required grain size is divided by crushing and sieving to ensure the quality of recycled refractories and improve the recycling utilization rate of recycled refractories.
