耐脉冲疲劳冷轧搪瓷钢搪烧前后的组织性能

Microstructure and properties of pulse fatigue resistant cold rolled enamel steel before and after enameling

摘要 采用Zwick全自动材料试验机、光学显微镜、扫描电镜、氢渗透仪研究了高强度冷轧搪瓷钢模拟850℃下保温10 min搪烧前后材料的力学性能、显微组织及析出物、氢穿透时间。结果表明:该材质经850℃保温10 min模拟搪烧试验后,下屈服强度仍能够保持在230 MPa以上,晶粒明显长大,晶内仍有残留渗碳体,边界有渗碳体偏聚并出现细小珠光体组织,虽然钢板的抗鳞爆敏感性TH值急剧降低,但仍然高于6.7 min/mm^2,满足热水器内胆轻量化及耐脉冲疲劳设计要求。 Mechanical properties,microstructure,precipitates and hydrogen penetration time of high strength cold-rolled enamel steel before and after thermal simulation for 10 min at simulated 850℃were studied by means of Zwick automatic material testing machine,optical microscopy,scanning electron microscopy and hydrogen permeation meter.The results show that after thermal simulation for 10 min at 850℃,the mechanical properties,microstructure and hydrogen penetration time of the material are simulated.Yield strength can still be maintained above 230 MPa,grain growth is obvious,retained cementite still exists in the crystal,cementite segregation and fine pearlite structure appear at the boundary.Although the TH value of scale explosion resistance of steel plate decreases sharply,but it is still higher than 6.7 min/mm^2,which meets the design requirements of lightweight and pulse fatigue resistance of water heater inner gallbladder.
