摘要
为进一步研究含Ce稀土抗冲击钢组织与性能的变化,采用洛氏硬度计、铁磁法及光学显微镜对试验钢的硬度、残留奥氏体和板条马氏体进行了测定和观察。结果表明:钢的硬度值与淬火温度呈开口向下的抛物线规律;钢的室温组织主要为板条马氏体,淬火温度对马氏体板条的粗细程度具有较大影响;淬火组织中的残留奥氏体含量随淬火温度升高而升高。马氏体板条的粗细程度和残留奥氏体的含量是引起钢硬度值发生变化的主要因素。
In order to further study the microstructure and properties of a new RE-Ce impact resistant steel,the hardness,lath martensite and retained austenite of the steel were measured and observed by means of Rockwell hardness tester,metallographic microscope and ferromagnetism method,respectively.The results show that the relationship between hardness and austenitizing temperature is consistent with the quadratic curve after fitting.The microstructure of the tested steel at room temperature is mainly lath martensite and the quenching temperature has great influence on the width of martensite slabs.The amount of retained austenite is measured by ferromagnetism method and the higher quenching temperature,the more retained is the austenite.The thickness of martensite plate and the amount of retained austenite are the main factors causing the change of hardness value of the steel.
