摘要 某机型机翼后梁内段属于大型非对称截面长梁零件,需经热处理达到最终使用状态。在Abaqus中分别对机翼后梁内段的模锻态、粗加工态、终加工态进行了固溶、时效处理有限元仿真,结果表明:经925℃保温50 min油冷至室温的固溶处理后,3种状态的最大畸变绝对值分别为2.6、22.5、15.0 mm;经540℃保温120 min空冷至室温的时效处理后,3种状态的畸变量分别为1.7、10.3、4.6 mm。模锻态下进行热处理具有最小畸变量,工艺风险最低且可控;非对称截面的长梁类零件的材料毛坯,在热处理前应设计为对称截面形状,或增加相反方向的非对称结构,可以控制热处理畸变。 Rear beam of airplane wing is a large asymmetric section beam part,which has to be heat treated before using.For this reason,solid solution and aging process simulation of the part in the state of forging,rough cutting and final finishing was carried on respectively by Abaqus.The results show that the maxmum distortion are 2.6,22.5,15.0 mm in the state of forging,rough cutting and final finishing respectively after solution at 925℃for 50 min,oil cooling to room temperature,while the value are 1.7,10.3,4.6 mm after aging at 540℃for 120 min air cooling to room temperature.According to the results,the distortion is minimal after heat treatment in the state of forging,and the risk of the process is minimal and controllable.Designing the asymmetric long beam for symmetry rough part before heat treatment,or increasing the reverse asymmetric section,the distortion in the heat treatment is controllable.
