整体运动评估在肌肉功能弱化治疗中的应用价值

目的分析整体运动评估在肌肉功能弱化治疗中的应用价值。方法选择2018年1月至2018年12月大同市第五人民医院因肌肉功能弱化产生疼痛进行治疗的226例患者作为研究对象。随机将所有患者分为观察组与对照组,每组113例。其中对照组采用常规康复治疗,观察组在整体运动评估下给予针对性康复治疗。比较两组不同治疗模式下临床疗效及各项临床症状评分改善程度的差异。结果观察组临床疗效优于对照组(P<0.05);两组治疗后肌肉功能障碍程度均降低,观察组降低程度更明显(P<0.05);两组治疗后疼痛、运动模式等指标数据均改善,且对照组改善程度更显著(P<0.05)。结论针对肌肉功能弱化患者进行临床治疗时,参考整体运动评估结果制定针对性的治疗方式可有效提高疗效,改善患者多项临床症状,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To analyze the application effects and value of overall exercise assessment in the treatment of muscle function weakening. Methods A total of 226 patients who underwent treatment for pain caused by weakened muscle function from January 2018 to December 2018 in the Fifth People’s Hospital of Datong were enrolled in the study. All patients were divided into observation group and control group randomly. The control group received routine rehabilitation treatment, and the observation group underwent specific rehabilitation treatment under the overall exercise assessment. The differences in clinical efficacy and improvement in clinical symptom scores between the two groups were compared. Results The clinical efficacy of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group (P<0.05). The degree of muscle dysfunction was significantly lower in the two groups after treatment, and the degree of reduction in the observation group was more significant (P<0.05). The indexes of pain and exercise pattern were improved after treatment in the two groups, and the improvement of the control group was more significant (P<0.05). Conclusions For the clinical treatment of patients with weakened muscle function, the development of targeted treatment methods with reference to the overall exercise assessment results can effectively improve the curative effect and the clinical symptoms of patients, so it is worthy of clinical popularization and application.
