摘要 目的评价3.0T时间飞跃法磁共振成像(3.0TTOFMRA)对颅内动脉瘤的临床诊断价值。方法对新乡市中心医院2012年10月年2016年5月48例临床提示颅内动脉瘤患者行3TTOFMRA检查,对患者MRA原始图像行最大密度投影(MIP)、容积再现(VR)三维重建,以三维图像为研究对象,结合原始数据图像,评价3.0TTOFMRA诊断颅内动脉瘤的敏感性、特异性及准确性。结果48例(50个动脉瘤)中,TOFMRA的敏感性、特异性及准确性分别为96.0%、83.3%、96.4%。结论3.0TTOFMRA能够准确显示动脉瘤的位置、大小与瘤颈宽度,而且其是一种快速、无创的检查,能有效诊断颅内动脉瘤。MIP结合VR及原始图像可提高诊断的准确性,应作为颅内动脉瘤的首选检查方法。 Objective To evaluate the clinical value of 3.0T time-hopping magnetic resonance imaging (3.0T TOF MRA) in the diagnosis of intracranial aneurysms. Methods Forty-eight cases of intracranial aneurysms were examined by 3T TOF MRA in Xinxiang Central Hospital from October 2012 to May 2016, the sensitivity, specificity and accuracy of 3.0T TOF MRA in the diagnosis of intracranial aneurysms were evaluated by maximum intensity projection (MIP) and volume rendering (VR) three-dimensional reconstruction. Results In 48 cases (50 aneurysms), the sensitivity, specificity and accuracy of TOF MRA were 96.0%, 83.3% and 96.4% respectively. Conclusions 3.0T TOF MRA can accurately display the location, size and neck width of aneurysms, and it is a fast and non-invasive examination, which can effectively diagnose intracranial aneurysms. MIP combined with VR and original image can improve the accuracy of diagnosis and should be the preferred examination method for intracranial aneurysms.
