血液灌流与血液透析联合应用于急诊重症有机磷农药中毒抢救的效果分析 被引量:9

Effect of hemoperfusion combined with hemodialysis in emergency rescue of severe organophosphorus pesticide poisoning

摘要 目的探讨血液灌流与血液透析联合应用于急诊重症有机磷农药中毒抢救工作中的临床效果。方法选择2014年1月至2019年6月60例重症有机磷农药中毒患者,随机分为对照组与研究组,每组30例,对照组予以临床常规对症处理,研究组在对照组处理措施基础上加用血液灌流、血液透析。观察两组昏迷时间、长托宁化时间、胆碱酯酶恢复时间及并发症发生率。结果研究组昏迷时间、长托宁化时间、胆碱酯酶恢复时间均显著短于对照组(P均<0.05)。研究组治疗期间并发症发生率为6.67%(2/30),低于对照组的40.00%(12/30),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论联合应用血液透析、血液灌流有利于提高重症有机磷农药中毒患者抢救效果,对降低其并发症发生率也具有一定价值。 Objective To investigate the clinical effects of hemoperfusion combined with hemodialysis on the rescue of severe organophosphorus pesticide poisoning in emergency department. Methods Sixty cases of severe organophosphorus pesticide poisoning from January 2014 to June 2019 were randomly divided into control group and research group, with 30 cases in each group. The control group was treated with routine clinical symptomatic treatment, and the research group was treated with hemoperfusion and hemodialysis on the basis of the treatment measures of the control group. The time of coma, the time of long Tonination, the recovery time of cholinesterase and the incidence of complications were observed. Results The coma time, long-toning time and cholinesterase recovery time in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). The complication rate(6.67%,2/30) in the study group was lower than that in the control group(40.00%,12/30), the difference was significant(P<0.05). Conclusions Combined application of hemodialysis and hemorrhage is beneficial to improve the rescue effect of patients with severe organophosphorus pesticide poisoning, and it also has certain value in reducing the incidence of complications.
