摘要
目的分析在多囊卵巢综合征患者治疗中联合应用达英-35与二甲双胍的促排卵效果。方法选取2018年2月至2019年2月200例多囊卵巢综合征患者,以数字法随机分组,每组100例。对照组单独应用达英-35治疗,观察组联用达英-35与二甲双胍治疗。对比两组疗程前后的激素水平变化情况,包括雌二醇(E2)、催乳素(PRL)、黄体生成素(LH)、卵泡刺激素(FSH)以及睾酮(T);对比两组疗程前后的糖代谢指标改善情况,包括空腹胰岛素(FINS)、空腹血糖(FPG)以及胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA-IR);对比两组患者的最终促排卵结局情况。结果两组患者治疗前后E2、PRL、FSH比较差异未见统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后两组患者的LH、T均较治疗前下降(P<0.05),其中观察组治疗后LH、T与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗前FINS、HOMA-IR、FPG比较差异未见统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后观察组的FINS、HOMA-IR、FPG改善效果优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组的周期取消发生率和卵巢过度刺激综合征(OHSS)发生率均低于对照组,而妊娠率则高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论针对多囊卵巢综合征患者通过联合应用达英-35与二甲双胍,有助于改善患者内分泌失调并提升促排卵效果,提升患者妊娠率。
Objective To analyze the effect of Daying-35 and metformin on ovulatory induction in patients with polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS). Methods A total of 200 patients with polycystic ovary syndrome from February 2018 to February 2019 were randomly divided into two groups, with 100 cases in each group. The control group was treated with Daying-35 alone, while the observation group was treated with Daying-35 and metformin. The changes of hormone levels before and after treatment were compared, including estradiol(E2), prolactin(PRL), luteinizing hormone(LH), follicle stimulating hormone(FSH) and testosterone(T);and the improvement of glucose metabolism indexes before and after treatment were compared, including fasting insulin(FINS), fasting blood glucose(FPG) and insulin resistance index(HOMA-IR);the final outcome of ovulation induction was compared between the two groups. Results There was no significant difference in E2, PRL or FSH between the two groups before and after treatment(P>0.05). After treatment, the LH,T levels of the two groups were lower than those before treatment, and the LH,T levels of the observation group were significantly different from those of the control group after treatment(P<0.05). There was no significant difference in FINS, HOMA-IR or FPG between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05). After treatment, the improvement effects of FINS, HOMA-IR, FPG levels in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05). The incidence of cycle cancellation and ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome(OHSS) in the observation group was lower than those in the control group, while the pregnancy rate was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusions The combination of Diane-35 and Metformin can improve the endocrine disorder and ovulation induction in patients with polycystic ovary syndrome, and improve the pregnancy rate of patients.
