摘要
建立了采用SPE-HPLC法同时测定地表水中3种β-内酰胺类、4种喹诺酮类和3种磺胺类抗生素(包含磺胺增效剂TMP)的方法,水样经HLB小柱富集浓缩后进行HPLC分析,检测波长λ=270 nm,进样量为30μL,流动相为甲醇/乙腈/0. 5%甲酸水。结果表明,10种目标抗生素在0. 05~1μg/m L范围内线性关系良好,R^2> 0. 99,检出限为5. 76~22. 61μg/L,实际水样的加标回收率为78. 6%~101. 5%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为1. 77%~7. 31%。该方法操作简单,准确度高,可实现地表水中10种目标抗生素的种类和质量浓度测定。
A method for simultaneous determination of three β-lactams,four quinolones and three sulfonamides antibiotic( include sulfonamide synergist TMP) in surface water by solid-phase extraction( SPE)-high performance liquid chromatography( HPLC) was established. The water samples were concentrated through HLB columns and detected by HPLC. The detection wavelength was 270 nm,the injection volume was 30 μL,and the mobile phase was methanol/acetonitrile/0. 5% formic acid water.The results showed that the linearity range was 0. 05-1 μg/m L,the correlation coefficient R^2 was over 0. 99,the detection limit of 10 target antibiotics were 5. 76-22. 61 μg/L,and the recovery rate of the actual water sample were between 78. 6% to 101. 5%,the relative standard deviation( RSD) was1. 77%-7. 31%. The method was simple and had high accuracy,and it could be used for the determination of 10 kinds of target antibiotics in surface water.
