摘要
根据《国家危险废物名录》(2016版)规定,废润滑油属于危险废物,代号为HW08。废润滑油产生的渠道主要有交通运输废油和工业废油两大部分,在废润滑油中所占的比重分别约为55%和45%。废润滑油经过科学、合理、适当的工艺技术可以再精炼成符合API基础油标准的合格基础油,形成润滑油的环保"闭环"。规范收集、再生处理废油具有显著的环保和经济效益。文章主要介绍了废润滑油的产生来源以及各种再生工艺技术。
According to the national hazardous waste list(2016 edition),waste lubricating oil belongs to hazardous waste and its code name is HW08.Waste lubricating oil mainly comes from transportation waste oil and industrial waste oil,which account for 55%and45%respectively.After scientific,reasonable and appropriate technology,waste lubricating oil can be refined into the qualified base oil in line with API base oil standard,forming an environmental protection"closed loop"of lubricating oil.Standard collection and regenerating of waste oil has significant environmental protection and economic benefits.This paper mainly introduces the sources of waste lubricating oil and various regeneration technologies.
