摘要
进行了航空润滑油高温抗氧剂的合成研究,红外光谱化学表征证实合成制备了新型结构的芳胺低聚物抗氧剂。将合成所得抗氧剂应用到多元醇酯基航空润滑油配方体系中,采用差示扫描量热法(DSC)、高压差示扫描量热法(PDSC)、斜板模拟结焦试验法、旋转氧弹法(RBOT)、航空润滑油氧化与腐蚀安定性评定法FED-STD-791-5308、航空润滑油热氧化安定性与抗腐蚀性评定法FED-STD-791-3411对该航空润滑油样品进行高温性能评定。评定结果表明,新型抗氧剂显著提高了多元醇酯基航空发动机润滑油的高温抗氧化、抗结焦性能,使其腐蚀与氧化安定性满足了国际民用航空发动机油规范SAE AS5780B和美国海军航空发动机油规范MIL-PRF-23699G要求,是一种抗氧化性能优异的多元醇酯航空润滑油新型高温抗氧剂。
The preparing processing of high temperature antioxidant for aviation lubricants was researched in this paper,and the chemistry analytical method IR confirmed that a new kind antioxidant of aromatic amine oligomers was produced.Then the new antioxidant was added in the formulation of polyol ester-based aviation lubricating oils.The Differential Scanning Calorimetry(DSC),High Pressure Differential Scanning Calorimetry(PDSC),Evaluation of Inclined Plate Coking,Rotating Oxygen Bomb(RBOT)and the methods of FED-STD-791-5308,FED-STD-791-3411 were adopted to test its high temperature anti-oxidation performance.Tests data show that the new antioxidant significantly improves the anti-oxidation and anti-coking properties of polyol ester aviation engine lubricants,and enables the lubricants to meet the requirement of SAE AS5780 B and MIL-PRF-23699 G specifications on the characteristics of corrosion and oxidative stability.It is a new kind of excellent high temperature antioxidant for polyol ester aviation lubricants.
