摘要
某型商用车上的驱动桥差速器齿轮垫片及部分衬套的材质由钢改为铜合金镀层材料,道路试验发现齿轮油中铜元素含量严重超标。针对铜元素对齿轮油热氧化安定性的影响,分别从不同铜合金颗粒含量和不同铜元素含量两个方面对试验油进行热氧化安定性试验。试验油中的铜元素含量在0~1000 mg/kg范围内,试验温度为(150±1)℃,空气流量为(85±5)m L/min,依据试验油理化性能的表征结果,铜元素抑制试验油的氧化,随着试验油中铜元素含量的增加,抑制氧化作用增强。
The material of a commercial vehicle’s driver axle differential gear gasket and liner was changed from steel to cooper alloy coating,which leaded to high increase of cooper content in gear oil during the field test.This paper studied on the effect of copper content on the thermal oxidation stability of gear oil,the thermal oxidation stability of test oil was tested from two aspects:the different contents of copper alloy particles and the different contents of copper element.The conditions of the experiments were:the copper content from 0 mg/kg to 1000 mg/kg,the test temperature(150±1)℃,the air flow(85±5)m L/min.Physical and chemical properties of test oil were characterized,the results showed that copper element inhibits the oxidation of gear oil;with the increase of copper content in the gear oil,the inhibition of oxidation is enhanced.
