调合灌装过程油品清洁度的影响因素分析及工艺技术改进措施

摘要 文章对润滑油调合灌装过程中原材料、设备设施、生产过程控制等油品清洁度的影响因素及现有工艺技术措施进行了分析。针对存在问题,从基础油储存、调合生产过程控制、灌装生产过程控制等三个方面提出了提高油品清洁度工艺技术的改进方向和具体措施。重点制定了加强包装物清洁度控制、设定成品油清洁度标准、使用多级连续过滤器、采用多袋过滤器、采用过滤器压差在线监测和自动报警控制等五项灌装生产过程控制措施,对润滑油生产厂家灌装过程工艺技术改进和稳定成品润滑油清洁度具有较强的指导作用和较强的可操作性。 In this paper,the influencing factors of oil cleanliness such as raw materials,equipment and facilities,production process control and existing technological measures in the blending and filling process of lubricating oil are analyzed.In view of the existing problems,the improvement direction and specific measures of the process technology for improving the cleanliness of oil products are put forward from three aspects:base oil storage,blending production process control and filling production process control.Five control measures for filling production process are formulated,including strengthening cleanliness control of packaging,setting cleanliness standard of finished oil,using multi-stage continuous filters,adopting multi-bag filters,adopting on-line monitoring of pressure difference of filters and automatic alarm control.These measures have a strong guiding role and strong operability in improving filling process technology and stabilizing the cleanliness of finished lubricating oil for lubricating oil manufacturers.
