基于编织结构的混凝土壳体建造研究

摘要 混凝土壳体是一种优美却不易建造的建筑形式,设计方法的复杂性以及建造需要的大量人力限制了它的应用。研究借助一种能够建造自由曲面的编织结构,提出了一种创新性的混凝土壳体施工方法,意图在保证壳体成形的情况下使建造更便宜、操作更方便。该方法基于我们提出的一种主动弯曲的编织结构,由编织结构模具、承载面和边缘节点三层系统组成。这种基于编织结构的混凝土壳体建造方法的优势在于,编织结构不仅能够节省建造的时间、材料和人力投入,而且可以在不使用数控加工设备的情况下实现混凝土壳体形状的多样性。 The concrete shell is always regarded as an aesthetic but hard-actualized type of architecture in a long period.The main obstruction lies in complicated shape forming and expensive input of technologies and labors,which naturally restrict that construction operated in some remote areas.To better the situation in low-tech places,this research is carried out to explore a novel concrete shell construction method,which is freeform,cheap,easy-conducted without an obvious decline of quality.This new method is based on an innovative forming technology called weaving structure,a bending-active rod system.The system consists of three layers:weaving structure mode,supportive layer and edge joint system.It is favorably proved that weaving structure mold not only brings enormous savings in various aspects including money,labors and time but also allows the diversity of concrete shapes without advanced equipment.
