摘要
机器人"感知"和"创造性"的建造过程使得建筑师有能力开发数字与材料之间的新边界。在梳理国内外基于传感反馈的机器人建造研究案例基础上,提出"机器人感知建造"(Robotic Aware Fabrication,RAF)概念,以及"手势增强的机器人建造"(Hand-Motion Augmented Robotic Fabrication,HARF)工作流,实现以设计师手势实时控制机械臂切割泡沫,并以之为模板浇筑自由波形混凝土墙,初步探索基于传感反馈的设计-建造一体化过程。
Fabricating process with robotic awareness and creativity makes architects able to develop the new boundary between digital and material world.On the basis of analyzing domestic and foreign robotic fabrication based on sensor feedback,this article proposes a concept of RAF(Robotic Aware Fabrication)and HARF(Hand-Motion Augmented Robotic Fabrication)workflow.Through an experiment of influencing robotic arm styrofoam hot-cutting according to hand-motion,a piece of the freewave concrete wall is fabricated,and the process of Design-Fabrication Integration based on sensor feedback is explored.
