摘要
为明确光在离子交换制备的条形波导中的传输行为,建立了离子交换技术制备的折射率分布模型,在对离子交换过程理论分析的基础上,通过计算机仿真分析了波导的折射率分布特性,得到了此类型波导中的折射率分布沿纵向、横向分别分布呈高斯及高斯误差分布的结论,并对其受交换宽度、深度的影响进行了分析。据此建立波导模型,并通过有限元法对波导中光的模式进行计算,得到了不同折射率分布下光场模式传播,并对其特性进行了分析。此研究为通过离子交换技术制备渐变折射率波导及相关模分复用功能器件的设计工作提供了必要的参考依据。
In order to understand the behavior of light propagation in the ion exchange strip waveguide,the model of refractive distribution of the waveguide was established.The gradual refractive index distribution property was analyzed by computer simulation.The longitudinal and transverse distribution was close to Gauss and Gauss error distribution,respectively.Based on this theory,the waveguide mode was set up and the relationship between light modes and refractive index distribution was obtained by Finite Element Method.This study provides some guiding reference for the preparation and design of the ion exchange waveguide and integrated optics devices.
