摘要 设计了一种以FPGA为核心处理器、CMOS图像传感器为图像输入、硅基OLED微显示器为图像输出的光电成像与显示电路。该电路由传感器板、图像处理板和接口板组成,实现了光电信号的转换、数字图像处理及最终的图像显示,具有体积小、重量轻、功耗低、扩展性强等优点,对便携式光电成像设备的设计具有一定的参考价值。 A photoelectric imaging and display circuit was designed,with FPGA as the core processor,CMOS image sensor as the image input,and silicon-based OLED micro-display as the image output.The circuit consists of sensor board,image processing board and interface board,which could realize the digital data conversion from photoelectric signal,digital image processing and final image display.The circuit has the advantages of small size,light weight,low power consumption and strong expansibility,with certain reference value for the design of portable photoelectric imaging equipment.
