特种显示LED背光模块化评估设计方法

摘要 提出一种特种显示LED背光模块化评估设计方法。该方法将白灯、彩灯、导光板、光学膜进行模块化设计,形成背光发光光谱库和背光功耗库。在产品设计和方案阶段,调用背光发光光谱库、背光功耗库,结合液晶屏的光谱透射比就能快速获得各种背光参数并预测和调整显示颜色以及准确评估背光功耗。 A modular evaluation design method for special display LED backlight was proposed to accurately predict and adjust the display color and evaluate the backlight power consumption of white LEDs and color LEDs.To use this method,white LEDs,color LEDs,light guide plate and optical films were modularly designed to form the database for the backlight spectrum and the backlight power.With these data as well as the transmittance of the spectral liquid crystal screen,the various backlight parameters could be quickly obtained in the stage of product design.Then display color could be predicted and adjusted,and backlight power consumption could be accurately evaluated.
