丹蒌片治疗稳定型心绞痛患者临床疗效观察

Clinical observation of Danlou tablet in the treatment of stable angina pectoris

目的探讨丹蒌片治疗稳定型心绞痛患者的临床疗效及用药安全性。方法选取自北部战区空军医院2015-2017年收治的68例稳定型心绞痛患者为研究对象。采用随机数字表法将患者分为观察组与常规组,每组各34例。两组均使用常规西药治疗,观察组在此基础上加用丹蒌片,常规组加用丹蒌片模拟剂,疗程均为8周。观察两组患者治疗前后的心绞痛症状评分、硝酸甘油停药率、平板运动试验Duke评分。在治疗第4、8周时检测肝肾功能、血常规、凝血五项、心电图等以评价安全性。治疗8周后对观察组继续服用丹蒌片的患者电话随访2年,观察不良事件的发生情况。结果治疗后,观察组心绞痛症状缓解有效率、硝酸甘油停药率及平板运动试验Duke评分均优于常规组,组间比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者观察期间的各项实验室检查指标均无明显异常,随访期间无不良事件发生。结论丹蒌片可改善稳定型心绞痛患者的心绞痛症状,提高患者运动耐量,改善预后,且具有良好的安全性。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of Danlou tablet in the treatment of stable angina pectoris.Methods A retrospective study was performed on 68 cases of patients with stable angina pectoris who were admitted from 2015 to 2017.Patients were randomly divided into the observation group and routine group,with 34 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with conventional western medicine.The observation group was treated with Danlou tablets on this basis,while the conventional group was treated with Danlou tablets simulation agent.The course of treatment was 8 weeks.The angina symptom score,nitroglycerin withdrawal rate and Duke score of treadmill exercise test were observed before and after treatment.At the 4 th and 8 th week of treatment,liver and kidney function,blood routine,blood clotting and electrocardiogram were tested to evaluate the safety.After 8 weeks of treatment,patients in the observation group who continued to take Danlou tablets were followed up by telephone for 2 years to observe the occurrence of adverse events.Results The effective rate of angina symptom relief,nitroglycerin withdrawal rate and Duke score of treadmill exercise test in the observation group were all better than those in the conventional group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).There were no significant abnormalities in the laboratory examination indexes of the two groups of patients during the observation period,and no adverse events occurred during the follow-up period.Conclusion Danlou tablet can improve the symptoms of angina pectoris,improve exercise tolerance and prognosis in patients with stable angina pectoris and has good safety.
