摘要
目的探讨野战情况下应急医疗队低温环境下救治胸部爆震伤的可行性。方法选取8只实验动物猪,建立低温下胸部爆震伤模型。爆炸后立即进行前接,送至应急医疗队分类场。分类场医师将根据实验动物伤情进行分类,分别送至重伤救治组、手术组等。记录实验动物模型的基本生命体征,观察爆炸产生的冲击波对实验动物模型的胸部肺、心脏及脑部的损伤情况。结果8只实验动物猪均顺利建成爆震伤模型,1只在前接到卫勤应急医疗队所分类场过程中死亡(瞬时死亡率12.5%)。余7只送至分类场后由分类后送组医师进行病情评估。根据病情评估,送至手术组3只,重伤救治组2只,收容处置组2只。救治过程中,3只安全后送,4只死亡。结论胸部爆震伤伤情危重,早期如无有效干预,死亡率极高。
Objective To investigate the feasibility of treating chest blast injury under low temperature by emergency medical team in field.Methods Eight experimental pigs were selected to establish the chest blast injury model at low temperature.Immediately after the explosion,forward reception should be carried out and sent to the emergency medical team classification field(according to the distance and the simulated battlefield land environment,the consumption time of the emergency medical team should be set as 15 minutes).According to the classification of experimental animals,military doctors will be classified,sent to the serious injury treatment group,surgery group and so on.The basic vital signs of the experimental animal model were recorded,and the damage of the blast wave to the chest,lungs,heart and brain of the experimental animal model was observed.Results All the 8 experimental pigs were successfully built knock injury models,and 1 died in the process of receiving the classification field in the field medical institute(12.5%instantaneous mortality rate).The remaining 7 were sent to the classification field and then sent to the group of military doctors for disease evaluation.According to the evaluation of the condition,3 were sent to the operation group,2 to the serious injury treatment group,and 2 to the reception and treatment group.In the course of treatment,3 were sent safely and 4 died.Conclusion Chest blast injury is very serious and the mortality rate is very high if there is no effective intervention in early stage.
