论混合式课堂内容配置原则及教学方法的选择——以法学专业“知识产权法学”课程为例 被引量:1

摘要 线上与线下混合式课堂迅猛发展的同时,人们不仅对线上与线下混合式课堂存在误解,混合式课堂自身的内容配置和教学方法也存在诸多问题。混合式课堂线上与线下授课内容配置,需要遵循课程知识解构原则、课程知识分层原则和课程知识衔接原则,核心是要区分不同知识点的知识位阶。在混合式课堂线上与线下授课内容配置下的教学方法选择上,鉴于线上授课内容主要针对课程基础知识点展开,故教学方法主要是讲授法和在线讨论法。线下授课内容主要在线上课程基础知识点之上展开,当然要具有高阶性、创新性和挑战度。教师首先可采取问题导向法,引出问题,让学生进行思考和讨论。在学生讨论的基础上,引导学生积极展示讨论成果。教师梳理所提问题对应的知识点,帮助学生分析其所展示的内容并讲解所提问题对应的具体知识。 ith the rapid development of online and offline mixed classroom, not only people misunderstand online and offline mixed classroom, but also there are many problems in its content allocation and teaching methods. The allocation of mixed classroom content on offline and online needs to follow the principles of curriculum knowledge deconstruction, curriculum knowledge stratification and curriculum knowledge convergence. The core is to distinguish the knowledge ranks of different knowledge points. In the choice of teaching methods under the configuration of mixed classroom offline and online teaching content, since online teaching content mainly focuses on the basic knowledge of the course, the teaching methods are mainly in lecture methods and online discussion method. Offline teaching is mainly based on the basic knowledge of online courses. Of course, it should be advanced, innovative and challenging. Teachers can firstly adopt problem-oriented method to lead out problems and let students think and discuss. On the basis of students' discussion, teachers should guide students to show the results of discussion actively. Teachers can sort out the knowledge points corresponding to the questions, help students analyze the answers they show and explain the specific knowledge corresponding to the questions they introduce.
