摘要 沙门氏菌是一种危害较大的食源性致病菌,能造成人的感染和食物中毒,影响公共卫生和食品安全。沙门氏菌的分型研究有助于实现病原微生物的溯源分析,对沙门氏菌的防控和风险评估具有重要意义。血清型是沙门氏菌的重要表型特征之一,血清型分析是沙门氏菌重要的溯源分析方法,本文综述了沙门氏菌的血清型以及血清型分型技术研究进展。 Salmonella is a kind of harmful food-borne pathogenic bacteria,which can cause human infection and food poisoning,and do harm to public health and food safety. The typing of Salmonella is helpful to the traceability analysis of pathogenic microorganisms,and is of great significance to the prevention and control of Salmonella and risk assessment.The serotype is one of important phenotypic characteristics of Salmonella.Serotype analysis is an important traceability analysis method for Salmonella.This paper reviews the progress of Salmonella serotype and its serotype typing technology.
