基于STM32的电梯应急电源设计

摘要 电梯应急电源是为了在电梯失去电源供电时可以让电梯维持稳定运行的装置,模块化、智能化、数字化是逆变电源的发展趋势。本次设计了一种基于STM32的电梯逆变电源,通过变压器和SP WM技术产生三相工频正弦波。使用MOS管组成三相H桥电路对电机供电,MOS管由芯片EG2104驱动。系统由STM32自带的12位精度ADC进行电压采样,采用DMA传输节省CPU,并且可以进行实时电压反馈调节。在保护方面设计了专用的电流保护电路,有效的保护了功率电路。整个系统通过嵌入式技术实现了智能化和数字化,为电梯提供了高品质的三相交流电源。 Elevator emergency power supply is a device that can keep the elevator running stably when the elevator loses power supply.Modularization,intelligence and digitization are the development trend of inverter power supply.This time,an elevator inverter power supply based on STM32 was designed.Three-phase power frequency sine wave was generated by transformer and SPWM technology.The MOS tube is used to form a three-phase H-bridge circuit to supply power to the motor,and the MOS tube is driven by the chip EG2104.The system is voltage sampled by the STM32's owned 12-bit precision ADC.The DMA transfer saves the CPU and allows real-time voltage feedback adjustment.A dedicated current protection circuit is designed for protection,which effectively protects the power circuit.The entire system can realize intelligence and digitization through embedding technology,providing a high-quality three-phase AC power supply for the elevator.
