普通高校同质化历史成因与个性化发展的机制探索

Exploration on the Historical Causes of Homogeneity and the Mechanism of Individualized Development of Colleges

2014年政府提出向应用型转变的决定,以解决普通高校同质化、与产业脱节问题。回顾现代中国高等教育发展的历史,思考当前普通高等教育同质化、偏离社会实践等问题的成因,提出扩大高校的人事、经费自主权是实现高校个性化发展的关键。对欠发达地区高校转型建设面临的经费问题,提出了政府转移支付与教育市场化相结合的解决思路。

Since 2014, the government has put forward the decision to change to an application type, in order to solve the problem of college homogeneity and out of touch with industry. The article reviews the history of the development of higher education in modern China, and the causes of homogeneity and deviations from social practice in ordinary colleges and universities are discussed. It is pointed out that expanding the autonomy of personnel and funds is the key to realize the individualized development of colleges and universities. In the light of the funding problem in the transition construction of colleges and universities in underdeveloped areas, This paper puts forward the solution of combining government transfer payment with education marketization.
