软件工程本科生科研和实践创新能力培养探索

本科教育在我国人才培养体系中占据基础地位,本科生培养质量的高低直接影响着高等教育整体质量。为培养高层次应用型人才,更好地促进软件工程专业本科学生的发展,以软件工程人才培养定位为基础,从课程教学、教师、学术环境、学术团队建设、实践应用等方面对软件工程专业本科生培养模式进行研究,以切实提高软件工程专业本科生的培养质量,助推新时代国家对人才结构的调整。

Undergraduate education occupies a basic position in the talent training system of our country, and the quality of undergraduate training directly affects the overall quality of higher education. In order to cultivate high-level applied talents and promote the development of software engineering undergraduate students better, based on the training orientation of software engineering talents, this paper studies the training mode of software engineering undergraduate students from the aspects of course teaching,teachers, academic environment, academic team building and practical application, so as to improve the training quality of software engineering undergraduate students and promote the adjustment of talent structure by the state in new era.
