“一带一路”背景下民族地区高职商务英语人才供需分析

广西因其复杂的民族构成导致经济与教育的发展水平一直处于国内中下游。而地区的强大,人才是关键,教育是支撑。高职教育作为培养高层次应用型人才的主阵地,应主动了解人才供需现状,精准对接各方需求,扩大社会效益。当前,广西高职商务英语人才供需存在专业人才未能满足企业用人要求、毕业生对专业人才培养评价一般、在校生对专业总体办学水平满意度不高以及专业教师队伍建设相对滞后的问题。唯有切实解决以上问题,全面提升人才培养质量,才能增强该专业服务国家战略的成效。

Guangxi's economic and educational levels have been below average domestically due to its complicated ethnic composition. However, the key to a region's prosperity is talents, which can be realized through education. As the main channel of training high-level and applied talents, higher vocational education should proactively find out the current supply-and-demand situation of talents in order to meet the needs of all parties and create more social benefits. At present, the supply and demand situation of higher vocational business English majors in Guangxi has the following problems: 1. students' ability can not meet the needs of foreign trade companies;2. graduates did not rate the training program highly;3. undergraduates are dissatisfied with their major's overall running level;4. the development of professional teachers relatively lags behind. Only when Guangxi's higher vocational business English major solves the above problems can the education quality of undergraduates be improved, thus enhancing its effectiveness of serving the Belt and Road Initiative.
