摘要
随着高校研究生的全面扩招,招生的宣传方式也发生着改变。文章通过实际调查研究,对当前研究生招生宣传中所面临的效率低下,宣传效果不明显等问题展开全面深入的研究分析。通过对宣传资料、信息化宣传、面对面宣传等宣传模式的特点分析,探索如何有效的开展研究生的招生宣传工作。对招生宣传的长效性和实效性展开研究,提出一流学科背景下,有效提升研究生生源质量的招生宣传策略。
With all the colleges and universities enrolling students on a large scale in China, the propaganda mode of enrollment have been changing. The paper makes a complete and deep research and analysis on the problems including low efficiency, ineffective propaganda and so on in the postgraduate student recruitment nowadays through practical investigation and research. It explores how to effectively carry out the propaganda work of enrollment for Postgraduate students by analyzing the characteristics of propaganda materials, informational propaganda, face-to-face propaganda. And it also studies the long residual action and the effectiveness of enrolment propaganda and proposes the strategies of enrollment propagation to effectively improve the quality of graduate students on the back ground of the first-class subjects.
