摘要
智慧旅游建设是提高旅游管理效率、促进旅游资源优化配置、改善游客旅游体验的关键途径。智慧旅游是新型旅游形态,国内智慧旅游的理论和实践已经取得了一定的成绩,但还存在认识不够清晰、规划建设系统性不足、智慧化程度不高等问题,并且随着信息技术的不断发展和人民对美好生活的向往日益增长,对于智慧旅游的要求也进一步提高。智慧旅游应该有更高要求和更明确的目标。智慧旅游有赖于“硬件”和“软件”两方面的提高:着力建设旅游信息集成管理系统;着力增强数据挖掘分析和应用能力。
The construction of smart tourism is a key way to improve the efficiency of tourism management, promote the rational allocation of tourism resources, and improve the tourist experience of tourists. It is the new type of tourism that is pursued nowadays. The theory and practice of domestic smart tourism have achieved certain results, but there are still problems such as insufficient clarity of understanding and planning, systemic deficiency, and insufficient intelligence. With the continuous development of information technology and the increasing yearning for a better life of people, the demand for smart tourism has further improved. Based on the current background of the times, smart tourism should have higher requirements and clearer goals. The realization of smart tourism needs to rely on the improvement of hardware and software, focus on building a tourism information integration management platform, and strive to enhance the ability of information data mining analysis and application.
