互联网嵌入、创业导向对创业绩效的影响

互联网技术正在颠覆传统的创业管理模式,折射出互联网情境下创业行为的不同逻辑。以互联网嵌入为调节变量,构建了创业导向影响创业绩效的理论模型。对长三角地区334家企业问卷数据的实证分析表明,创业导向对创业绩效具有正向影响,双元学习在创业导向与创业绩效关系中起中介作用,双元学习的中介作用会受到互联网嵌入的影响。结果揭示了创业导向影响创业绩效的内在机理,拓展了创业情境化研究空间。建议企业培育开拓进取、积极竞争的创业导向并建立风险控制体系,敏锐地捕捉新知识并有效地积累知识,借助互联网技术促进创新要素的跨领域优化配置。

Internet technology is subverting the traditional entrepreneurial management model, which reflects the different logic of entrepreneurial behavior in the Internet context. Taking Internet embeddedness as the moderating variable, this research constructs the theoretical model of the relationship between entrepreneurial orientation and entrepreneurial performance. Based on the questionnaire survey of 334 enterprises in China's Yangtze River Delta region, the results reveal that entrepreneurial orientation has a positive effect on entrepreneurial performance, ambidextrous learning mediates the positive relationship between entrepreneurial orientation and entrepreneurial performance, and the intermediary role of ambidextrous learning is positively affected by the Internet embeddedness. The results reveal the internal mechanism between entrepreneurial orientation affecting entrepreneurial performance, and expand the contextualized research space of entrepreneurship. It is recommended that enterprises should cultivate pioneering and actively competitive entrepreneurial orientation and establish a risk control system, capture new knowledge keenly and accumulate knowledge effectively, and also use Internet technology to promote cross-domain optimal allocation of innovation elements.
