日粮对黑龙江省某牛场育成肉牛营养代谢状况的影响 被引量:3

摘要 为了探究不同日粮组成对育成肉牛营养代谢水平的影响,研究选择黑龙江省两肉牛场(A牛场N=32,B牛场N=22)300~330日龄育成牛共54头进行试验。应用全自动生化分析仪,对试验牛血浆生化指标进行分析,检测Glu、BHBA、TBIL、TC、BUN、Ca、Mg、SOD、GSH、NEFA、AST、ALT、TP、ALB、TG、GLO、GGT、L-ACT、BUN含量,从矿物质代谢、能量代谢、氧化应激、肝功能及其它功能相关的代谢指标,评定育成牛营养代谢状况。结果显示:牛场A,血浆中BHBA、TBIL、TC显著高于牛场B,其中TC与TBIL是极显著的差异,而血浆中Ga、BUN、Glu、GSH、SOD显著低于牛场B,其中Glu、GSH、SOD呈极显著性。牛场B育成牛在能量代谢及氧化应激方面优于牛场A,牛场A需要增加育成牛日粮能量配比和抗氧化水平,并应适当提高育成牛的日粮中钙和蛋白质的含量。 In order to explore the effect of different dietary composition on the nutrient metabolism of breeding cattle,a total of 54 breeding cattle of 300-330 days in two cattle farms in Heilongjiang province(N Cattle Farm A=32,B Farm N=22)were selected to test.Automatic Biochemical Analyzer was used to analyze the plasma biochemical parameters of the test cattle and detect Glu,BHBA,TBIL,TC,BUN,Ca,Mg,SOD,GSH,NEFA,AST,ALT,TP,ALB,TG,GLO,GGT,L-ACT,BUN content to assess nutritional metabolism of cattle by some metabolic indicators such as the metabolism of minerals,energy metabolism,oxidative stress,liver function and other functions.The results showed that in cattle farm A,plasma BHBA,TBIL,and TC were significantly higher than those in cattle farm B.Among them,TC and TBIL had extremely significant differences,while plasma,Ga,BUN,Glu,GSH,and SOD were significantly lower than those of cattle farm B.Among them,Glu,GSH and SOD were extremely significant.Breeding cattle in cattle farm B was superior to cattle farm A in terms of energy metabolism and oxidative stress.Cattle farm A needed to increase the dietary energy ratio and anti-oxidation level of breeding cattle,and should appropriately increase the calcium and protein content in diets of bred cattle.
