摘要
利用DEA效率评价方法,结合宁夏葡萄酒加工企业的发展现状,选取了12家葡萄酒龙头企业作为研究对象,对其经营效率进行综合分析与评价。在对其综合效率、纯技术效率进行评价后可知,约75%的宁夏葡萄酒企业尚未达到最佳规模效率,而企业规模则成为制约企业生产经营效率提高的最主要因素。在对企业经营效率进行评价的基础上,提出了提高葡萄酒企业经营效率的对策建议。
Based on development status of Ningxia wine processing enterprises, 12 leading enterprises were selected as the research object. Then the data envelopment analysis (DEA) was applied for their operating efficiency evaluation. After evaluating their comprehensive efficiency and pure technical efficiency, it was obtained that 75% of the enterprises didn't achieve the optimal scale efficiency. In addition, enterprise scale had become the main bottleneck restricting the operating efficiency. Finally, the measures and suggestions were proposed to improve the operating efficiency of wine enterprises.
