摘要
综述终末期肾病病人预立医疗照护计划的必要性、讨论时机和内容、预立医疗照护计划在终末期肾病中的研究现状及在我国实施预立医疗照护计划存在的障碍,提出在我国实施预立医疗照护计划的策略,为今后预立医疗照护计划在终末期肾病病人中实施提供参考。
This article reviewed the the necessity of advanced care planning(ACP)in patients with end-stage renal disease(ESRD),the timing and content of discussion,the research status quo of ACP in ESRD,and the obstacles in implementing ACP in China.The strategy of implementing ACP in China was proposed to provide the reference for the implementation of ACP in patients with ESRD.
