“双创”背景下高职院校大学生创业孵化器建设升级探讨——以安徽5所高职院校为例

Construction and Upgrading of Business Incubator for Higher Vocational College Students under the Background of Mass Entrepreneurship and Innovation: A Case Study of Five Higher Vocational Colleges in Anhui Province

随着社会经济的发展,高职院校大学生创业孵化器已成为国家“大众创业、万众创新”的重要平台。鉴于当前建设和升级面临的一系列问题,这类孵化器应当结合国家实施创新驱动发展战略的要求,立足区域经济发展方向和创新创业人才培养方案,积极完善运行和管理机制,拓宽融资渠道,深化创新人才培养机制、提高服务水平,努力实现转型升级,为经济发展提供动力。

With the socio-economic development, the business incubator for higher vocational college students has become an important platform of “mass entrepreneurship and innovation”. In view of the problems in current construction and upgrading in this respect, it is proposed that the business incubator for college students should conform to the requirements of the national innovation-driven development strategy, and focus on the regional economic development direction and the innovative and entrepreneurial talent training scheme. Efforts should also be made to improve the operation and management mechanism, broaden the financing channels, and improve the innovative talent training mechanism and the service level in order to achieve the transformation and upgrading and provide impetus for economic development.
