Logistics Standard, Independent Innovation and Logistics Service Quality

近些年来,我国物流服务业快速发展,而发展的关键在如何提升物流标准化水平与物流服务质量。一个研究指向是将自主创新范畴引入物流标准与物流服务质量的关系中。根据动态演化理论将企业自主创新分为技术创新、管理创新和协同创新三种类型,探究不同类型自主创新在物流标准与物流服务质量提升之间的中介效应差异性,分析物流标准如何通过自主创新这一中介变量作用于物流服务质量。以杭州传化物流的数据进行实证检验的结果表明:物流标准对物流服务质量提升有积极作用,其中技术标准的影响要大于管理标准;自主创新确实起到部分中介效应,其中管理创新的中介效应大于技术创新和协同创新。进一步,归纳得到物流标准促进物流服务质量提升的自主创新多重中介机制,刻画出提升物流服务质量的标准化路径;在实践中,通过标准化破解我国物流服务质量不佳难题,需要重视引导企业自发的自主创新。

China's logistics service industry is developing rapidly in recent years, and the key to its development is how to improve the level of logistics standardization and logistics service quality. One research direction is to introduce the category of independent innovation into the relationship between logistics standards and logistics service quality. Based on the theory of dynamic evolution of enterprise independent innovation into the “technology innovation,management innovation and collaborative innovation” three types, to explore the different types of independent innovation in logistics standards and the intermediary effect of differences between logistics service quality improvement, analysis of the logistics standards how to through the intermediary variable of independent innovation on logistics service quality. On this basis, the paper makes an empirical test with the data of HangZhou ChuanHua logistics. The study shows that logistics standards have a positive effect on the promotion of LSQ, among which the influence of technical standards is greater than that of management standards. Independent innovation does play a part in mediating effect, among which the mediating effect of management innovation is greater than that of technology innovation and collaborative innovation. In theory, the research finds out the multiple intermediary mechanism of independent innovation that logistics standards promote the improvement of LSQ, and describes the standardization path of improving LSQ. In practice, to solve the poor problems of China's LSQ through standardization, it is necessary to guide enterprises to make spontaneous innovation.
