溶解氧对长距离原水输水系统生物膜群落结构及出水水质影响 被引量:2

摘要 为解决水资源短缺与时空分布不均,已建成越来越多的原水长距离输水系统。为提高原水输水的安全性,现通过内循环管道模拟系统模拟原水长距离输水系统,研究溶解氧对生物膜群落结构及出水水质的影响。结果表明:随着DO的增加,出水总铁大幅度下降,NO3--N浓度明显上升,NH4+-N增加量明显降低,但对CODMn去除效果并不明显;随着DO的提高,生物膜的氨化细菌数量减少,硝化细菌数量增加。微生物种群结构中变形菌门(Proteobacteria)均为优势菌门。DO对于原水长距离输水系统微生物群落结构及出水水质有较大影响,改变DO,可以大大提高输水安全性。 In order to solve the shortage of water resources and the uneven distribution of time and space, more and more long distance raw water distribution system have been built.In order to improve the safety of raw water distribution, the long distance raw water distribution system was simulated by an internal circulation pipeline simulation system, and the effects of dissolved oxygen on the structure of biofilm community and the quality of effluent water were studied.The results showed that with the increase of dissolved oxygen, the total iron in effluent decreases greatly, the concentration of nitrate nitrogen increased obviously, and the increase of ammonia nitrogen decreased obviously, but the removal effect of oxygen consumption was not obvious;with the increase of dissolved oxygen, the number of ammoniated bacteria in biofilm decreased and the number of nitrifying bacteria increased.Proteobacteria were dominant in microbial population structure.Dissolved oxygen had great influence on microbial community structure and effluent quality of long distance raw water distribution system.Changing dissolved oxygen can greatly improve the safety of water distribution.
