摘要
采用金属材质发射筒的筒装导弹无线电引信测试中,需打开发射筒,造成测试过程复杂、测试效率低,并可能对导弹可靠性、安全性等造成的不利影响。提出一种不打开发射筒的无线电引信测试改进方法,针对原测试方法突出问题的深入分析,提出了改进思路与原则,系统阐述改进方案与实现方法,给出了实现示例,并进行了测试验证。结果表明,文中方法科学可行,能够实现正常测试功能,测试过程大大简化、时间大幅压缩、效率显著提高,并能减少打开发射筒对导弹可靠性、安全性等造成的不利影响。
For some kinds of canister-type missile, because the launching canister is made of metal material, the canister should be opened in the course of radio fuse testing. So the test process is complex, test efficiency is low, and some bad influence may be put on the reliability and security of missile. This paper presents an improved test method of radio fuse which needn’t opening launching canister. Prominent problems of the old test method are deeply analyzed, the improved idea and principle are given, and then the improved technical scheme and implementation are described. An improved example is given, and its function and performance have been tested and verified. The result shows that the improved method is scientific and feasible, test function can be availably fulfilled, test course is greatly simplified, test time is greatly shortened, test efficiency can be significantly enhanced, and the influence on reliability and security may be reduced.
