当前,CN-DRGs精神科疾病分组存在分组方式过于简单、组间不均衡、组内疾病差异明显和诊断编码不合理等问题。精神科操作治疗和患者年龄是影响精神科疾病分组的重要因素,应进一步完善诊断编码,引入年龄、治疗方式作为分组依据,对个别分组内容进行调整,提升分组准确度,为医保支付方式和医疗质量评价提供更有效的参考。

At present,the grouping of CN-DRGs psychiatric diseases is too simple and not balanced. The disease differences in the groups are obvious,and the diagnostic coding is unreasonable. Psychiatric operation therapy and patient age are important factors affecting the grouping of psychiatric diseases. To offer a more effective reference for medical insurance payment method and medical quality assessment,the diagnostic code should be further improved,age and treatment methods should be introduced as a group basis,individual group contents should be adjusted,group accuracy should be improved.
