An Exploration on the Current Situation of Patent Fee Collection in China

近些年,中央更加意识到了知识产权在国民经济的发展进程中占据的关键地位,在全面推进依法治国中着重强调了知识产权的重要性。学习和借鉴其他国家的专利收费收缴的制度设计和实践经验,梳理浅析我国专利收费收缴的发展历程,从宏观政策导向、知识产权发展动态等多个纬度进行分析和思考,就我国专利收费收缴工作提出建议。

The central government, fully aware of the significance of IPR in national economic development, particularly stresses its importance in rolling out the rule of law. By comparative studies of institutional designs and practical experiences of patent fee collection at home and abroad, the paper streamlines and analyzes the development process of patent fee collection in China, meanwhile providing some suggestions on Chinese patent fee collection work from a few perspectives, such as macro policy orientation and dynamic intellectual property development.
