复杂地质条件下岩巷下山掘进施工技术探索与实践

摘要 岩巷下山掘进过程中受复杂地质条件影响,出现围岩不稳定、迎头积水、排矸困难、支护困难等情况,严重影响施工进度和施工安全。井工三矿在39202辅运顺槽过Fs26断层时充分利用现场实践经验,通过对复合顶板支护、迎头积水、大坡度下滑等关键环节进行控制,优化施工工艺,解决了复杂条件下全岩巷道下山掘进施工关键技术问题,确保巷道施工安全,改善作业环境,提高了掘进速度,为同等条件下巷道施工提供借鉴。 In the rock roadway dip excavation process,complex geological conditions have seriously affected the construction progress and safety,including instability of surrounding rock,heading face water accumulation,difficult draining,and difficult supporting.When the 39202 auxiliary transportation gateway passed the Fs26 fault,Jinggong No.3 Mine made full use of the field experience to control the key links such as composite roof supporting,heading face water accumulation and large slope declining in order to optimize the construction process,solve the key technical problems in the construction of the rock roadway under complex geological conditions,ensure the safe construction,improve the working environment,and accelerate the excavation,which could provide reference for the roadway construction under the similar conditions.
