摘要
山西保利平山煤矿由于3#煤层透气性较差、瓦斯含量大,影响了该矿的正常掘进和生产进度。为了提高低渗煤层的透气性,平山煤矿在11009工作面开始CO2预裂增透技术试验。平山煤矿11009工作面的试验的结果表明:除了发生坍塌4#预裂孔以外,其他抽采钻孔和欲裂钻孔的抽采效果稳定,瓦斯浓度均在50%以上。根据K1值超标后局部防突措施效果检验结果和掘进过程中瓦斯涌出量变大两现象分析,在工作面使用该技术后,煤体中大量的瓦斯由原来的吸附状态转变为了游离态。
Poor gas permeability and high gas affected the normal excavation and production progress in No.3 coal seam in Shanxi Baoli Pingshan Coal Mine.In order to improve the permeability of the low-permeability coal seams,CO 2 pre-splitting and permeability increasing technology was adopted on No.11009 working face.The results show that the extraction effect of most drilling and cracking holes was stable with gas concentration above 50%,except the collapse of No.4 pre-splitting borehole.According to the test results of the local anti-burst measures after the K 1 value was out of limits and the analysis of the increasing gas emission in the excavation process,the results show that a large amount of gas in the coal body was converted from the original adsorption state to the free state.
