白星花金龟幼虫对不同酵化周期四种物料的转化力研究 被引量:11

Study on the Transformation Capability of Four Materials in Different Fermentation Cycles Fed by Potosia brevitarsis(Coleoptera: Cetoniidae) Larvae

摘要 本研究选取玉米秸秆、小麦秸秆、花生壳3种生产性物料和卫生纸1种生活性物料,开展了白星花金龟幼虫对不同酵化周期4种物料的转化力研究。结果表明,4种物料的最佳酵化周期分别是玉米秸秆25d、小麦秸秆30d、花生壳35d和卫生纸35d,最佳酵化周期下,白星花金龟3龄幼虫对4种物料的转化力顺序为:东亚飞蝗粪砂(对照)>玉米秸秆>小麦秸秆>花生壳>卫生纸。每取食100g酵化玉米秸秆、小麦秸秆、花生壳,可分别转化3龄虫体4.63g和虫粪77.32g、虫体3.11g和虫粪73.57g、虫体2.39g,虫粪83.89g,而取食酵化卫生纸的转化效果较差,虫体呈负增长,但近似消化率达21.11%±0.25%。可通过针对性筛选腐解特定物料的微生物或通过富含氮源和碳源的物料之间配伍酵化,进一步提高白星花金龟幼虫对物料的转化力。白星花金龟幼虫应用于转化处理废弃的玉米秸秆、小麦秸秆和花生壳是可行的,本实验可为其应用于更多种类有机废弃物的转化处理上提供借鉴。 Three kinds of productive materials namely corn stalk, wheat stalk, and peanut shell and one kind of domestic material namely toilet paper were selected in this study, studies on the transformation capability of Potosia brevitarsis Lewis larvae feeding four materials under different fermentation cycle were carried out. The results showed that the optimal fermentation cycle of four materials were corn stalk 25 d, wheat stalk 30 d, peanut shell 35d and toilet paper 35 d. Under the optimal fermentation cycle, the order of transformation capability of the 3rd instar larvae taking four materials was Locusta migratoria manilensis (Meyen) dung-sand (CK)> corn stalk> wheat stalk> peanut shell> toilet paper. Each 100g fermented corn stalk, wheat stalk, peanut shell can correspondingly convert 3rd instar larvae(4.63 g) and dung-sand (77.32 g), larvae (3.11 g) and dung-sand (73.57 g), larvae (2.39 g) and dung-sand (83.89 g). The transformtion effect of larvae to feed the fermented toilet paper is poor, and the larvae has a negative growth, but the approximate digestibility is 21.11%±0.25%. The transformation capability of P. brevitarsis larvae to the materials can be further improved by targeted screening of microorganisms that decompose specific materials or by fermentation combining materials rich in nitrogen source with carbon source. It is feasible to apply P. brevitarsis larvae to the transformation of wasted corn stalk, wheat stalk and peanut shell. This experiment can provide a reference for the application of P. brevitarsis larvae to the transformation treatment of more kinds of organic waste.
