配电网变压器电能质量综合评估模型分析 被引量:2

摘要 由于配电网变压器电能具有较为复杂的扰动性,且随机性较大,使得评估电能质量具有一定的难度,但评估电能质量是改善电能质量,使其满足用户需求的必要手段。为此,提出了多指标共同约束下的配电网变压器电能质量综合评估模型。依据电能质量评估标准,选取三相不平衡度指标、电压偏差指标、频率偏差指标、电压波动指标和谐波含量指标等作为配电网变压器电能质量的评估指标,获取不同评估指标的综合权重。采用 TOPSIS 方法在评估指标的基础上构建电能质量综合评估模型,通过对比相对贴近度的大小实现配电网变压器电能质量的综合评估。实验结果表明,所提模型的评估结果精准度高。 Because of the complex disturbance and randomness of transformer power in distribution network, it is difficult to evaluate power quality. However, power quality evaluation is a necessary means to improve power quality and satisfy users'needs. Therefore, a comprehensive evaluation model of transformer power quality in distribution network with multi-index constraints is proposed. According to the power quality evaluation criteria, three-phase unbalance index, voltage deviation index, frequency deviation index, voltage fluctuation index and harmonic content index are selected as the power quality evaluation indicators of distribution transformers, and the comprehensive weights of different evaluation indicators are obtained. The TOPSIS method is used to construct a comprehensive evaluation model of power quality based on the evaluation index. By comparing the relative closeness, the comprehensive evaluation of power quality of distribution network transformers is realized. The experimental results show that the accuracy of the evaluation results of the proposed model is high.
