摘要 水电站渐变型钢衬肘管二期混凝土浇筑完毕其钢衬底部极易形成脱空区。发电后,在高速水流冲击下将引起钢衬的震动、加大气蚀而缩减钢衬的使用寿命。阐述了钢衬混凝土浇筑时采用的预埋拔管接触灌浆施工技术,避免了肘管底部产生空腔,确保了工程质量。 After the second stage concrete casting of elbow tube with gradual steel lining in hydropower station, the steel lining substrate is easy to form a void area. After power generation, the vibration of steel lining will be caused under the impact of high-speed water flow, the cavitation erosion will be increased, and the service life of steel lining will be reduced. This paper expounds the construction technology of contact grouting by pre-embedded drawn pipe for steel lining concrete casting, which avoids the cavity at the bottom of elbow tube and ensures the quality of the project.
