摘要
云龙湾大桥桥面铺装采用STC超高韧性混凝土,利用STC的超高抗弯拉强度及抗压强度、高耐久性(可达100a)等特点,提高了桥面结构层的刚度及抗拉强度,因此,研究STC超高韧性混凝土配合比,能更好地解决正交异性组合钢桥面板结构疲劳破坏及桥面铺装极易损坏等世界性质量通病和施工难题。
The STC(super toughness concrete) is used in the deck pavement of Yunlongwan Bridge. The characteristics of super flexural, compressive strength and high durability(up to 100 a) of STC are used to improve the stiffness and tensile strength of the deck structure. Therefore, the study of STC mix ratio can better solve the fatigue damage of orthotropic composite steel bridge deck structure as well as the damage of bridge deck pavement and other worldwide common quality and construction problems.
