摘要
钢桥面采用超高韧性混凝土铺装能显著提高桥面结构层的刚度及抗拉强度,减少钢桥普遍出现的疲劳裂缝和铺装层损害等问题,降低后期的维护成本。以云龙湾大桥为研究对象,通过研究超高韧性混凝土的施工技术及工艺,总结经验,旨在为类似工程施工提供借鉴。
The application of super toughness concrete pavement on steel bridge deck can significantly improve the stiffness and tensile strength of the deck structural layer, and reduce the fatigue cracks and pavement layer damage which are commonly occurring in steel bridges, as well as reduce further maintenance costs. Taking Yunlongwan Bridge as the study object, this paper studies the construction technology of super toughness concrete, and summarizes the experience in order to provide reference for similar projects.
